The Hussey Family Food Tradition.

Food service experience started in the Hussey family over 100 years ago when the patriarch and his family made their living from the sea. They fished for fish, crabs, and shrimp, and enjoyed a comfortable and rewarding life. The tradition of food service was passed down to other Hussey family members throughout the years. Great seafood recipes were established and catered to families and businesses in the Wilmington area. Good management and people skills are top priority, just like they were in the beginning.

Victor Hussey has been in the food service business for over 34 years, and the Victor Hussey Catering Service is his award-winning contribution to the Wilmington community.

A note from Victor Hussey regarding standards of operation.

Standards for ensuring a quality business are the same ones my family has instilled in me for years. My job as manager/operator is to ensure that every employee is well-trained and highly motivated.

Each of our employees will have thorough training regarding the business of catering. That includes cleaning, cooking, and serving as well as proper business etiquette.

All laws will be enforced as set forward by the state of North Carolina and governed by the Forsyth County Health Department. As manager, I cannot place enough emphasis on the safety and health of the public that we serve. This matter is very, very important to me!

I will serve only the best products in the Triad area, which means doing business with only the wholesalers who represent the same quality and service that my customers expect from me.
